Re: Painting and WIPs
Thanks
I tried to make the head and hands match. Gives it a nice balance. Im about to paint the next one. That one I did in two stages with massive gap in between so this time ill paint it all in one go. Hopefully it'll look better.
Yeah, im totally skint now. At least i've got loads of stuff to paint while im off.
Im tempted to get my Empire Knights out and paint them too...but ill get the 40k done first, thats the priority. We'll have to have a battle round mine soon

Re: Painting and WIPs
You've collected such a bank of minitures that you haven't painted yet that it's great at a time when you're strapped for cash, as you can go back and focus on them. I love to see you start on the Chaos Defiler, a very challenging model to paint.
Very surprised that it hasn't had much impact in our last battles. I guess that's because I'm so nervous of it that I try to destroy it in the first 2 turns.
By the way, I changed my mind about which Warhammer army I would collect. It would be The Tomb Kings. Back in the day I had an Undead Army. They look so cool and are very easy to paint but look amazing in mass on a battlefield.
I've not bought anything the quite some time as I've been busy repainting.
Thinking up my next project. Chimera with full interior including troops chilling inside. I've not seen anyone do that yet.

What do you think?

WoW! The goblin scared the the medals off me. Very good work and the eyes really bring it to life.
Top marks General but I reckon that you can do even better.
14th Sounds good to me. I'll need to check with Ali first so will let you know tomorrow.
I agree, I think we should have a couple of skirmishes to get back into the rules. Can't wait to use my Grey Knights.
Same here Overlord Dementor. I've been thinking of Nottingham recently. It's a place where I really do feel relaxed and completely disconnected from my life. It's almost our little secret that know one else knows about. As soon as General Tom HoD gets on his feet we should go.
