Hello, im going to get my copy of Warcraft today, im still considering getting the warhammer fantasy game but not sure yet. Any tips, recommendations for me?

General Kinder, do you play Warcraft?

Hmmm the only tip I can think of is to but Warcraft and warcraft:The Burning Crusade expansion. It gives you loads more options and more races, but its not vital.

There's another game similar to Wrcraft called Guild Wars which is made from the stragglers who left the warcraft team to make their own. Its nicer graphics but does'nt play aswell.

As for the warhammer game, do you mean Battle march? I reckon it will play alot like DoW so yeah maybe worth getting too. Warhammer Online is coming out soon and will be really good, exactlyu the same as warcraft but fifferent factions and races and much better graphics.

I may join you both in warcraft when I get my laptop, why the hell not, then we can all quest together. how awesome

Well, just bought Warcraft. £9.99 not bad, you get a free trial online too which is cool. I asked if the game was compatible with windows vista which is what i have but she said it wasnt as the game is old and they need to upgrade it to vista standards. I dont think she knew what she was talking about, im sure i can play it. Also if i've been playing it from the online download it should be ok, what do you reckon??

Hmmm im sure you will be able to play it on Vista. When you first install the game yiou will probably have a SHED load of downloading to do, like patches and fixes etc.

But then Tau and orks would eb an amazing combination.

I'll probably use my Dark Eldar for Apocolypse though.

Never tried Warcraft. Heard alot about it and have friends that play. But I guess I'm so busy with painting, drawing and masterbating that I never got round to it.

But it would be cool if we all played online with each other.

We should plan the Apocolypse battle to have at Nottingham, that way we can have a 1500 point army each and use their big terrain boards to battle. We'll have to get General Ash to come aswell. Ive been swotting up on the rules for WH40k and Apocolypse and im going to go through the book and write a quick view rules sheet out for us all, with all the rules that we get stuck on or dont use very often. Ill be able to print them out with pretty pictures now i have a new PC and printer

Yeah High Tau General Ash will have to come, Its just getting him the time off school etc , maybe we could use that massive Tau HQ table they have there. That'd be well cool.

As he won't be able to get in the bars we could go to a resturant instead. We can talk about what battles we're going to do in the morning and catch up. When we get back to the hotel we can stay up with some tins of beer and have a pyjama party.

hahaah Pajama's sounds amazaing. We can pillow fight on the bed too, make sure we make a little hole in the corner so all the feathers come flying out
